Welcome to the Labradoodle Trust
We are a UK charity that rescues and rehomes Labradoodles, and other Poodle crosses, and provides welfare advice.
Labradoodle Rescue UK was created by a group of dog lovers in 2007. Following a rise in popularity of Labradoodles, breeding increased dramatically and we soon realised that there was a need for a specific rescue to help these lovely dogs.
Labradoodle Rescue UK has grown rapidly into a registered charity called Labradoodle Trust.
We see educating the public about Labradoodles as a very important part of what we do. Unscrupulous breeders are continuing to mis-sell Labradoodle puppies as non-shedding and allergy friendly which is very misleading. This is also one of the main reasons Labradoodles are coming into rescue.
On our website you will find information regarding general health and also the possible genetic health problems associated with the Labradoodle.
Labradoodle Trust is run entirely by a handful of unpaid volunteers in their spare time.
